Hey, Lady Gaga ! :-)))

I can not tell you how often I hear from my customers something like : "you have to contact Lady Gaga!" or "Lady Gaga would love your hats!". In fact the name of Lady Gaga constantly in the air of my Atelier. One can argue that Lady is an ultimate milliner's dream but I would say she is an electrifying inspiration with no boundaries. This is exactly why I decided to name this hat I created in my Atelier "Lady Gaga" . :-)
The day before Thanksgiving one of the New-York's newspapers published Ultimate Holiday Gift Gide.
One of my hats "Moulin Rouge", which I introduced to you several posts (right here) ago was published under fabulous Gaga style. I felt it is a bit unfair since the real "Lady Gaga" hat did not get a moment to shine and so today is her day!:-)))
Made of heavy pink wit black polka dots silk, embellished with fabulous brooch, it demanded attention to every single little detail and was entirely done by hand. My favorite part is a vinyl disk made of sparkling French silk velvet. :-)
From silk pink roses to tulle wrapped pearls in different size. from large oversizes sequins to beautiful pink taffeta bow laced with vintage French veil trim.
And even sparkle glazed tiny Eiffel Tower on the very top :-)
She is a Diva! It is such an incredible feeling to see the final result after so many hours of work.
Here is one of my dolls playing with fabulous "Lady Gaga" and even attempting to play another vinyl record. :-))). I am wishing everybody very Gaga weekend. Thank you for all you kind wishes, I am feeling so much better and this weekend, finally, will get a chance to decorate my house for Christmas!

My dear beautiful Anya, I do believe that Miss Lady Gaga in all of her outrageously extraordinary and inspiring diva popularity, should simply bow to you in the midst of such a creation! Anya your talent is phenomenal and I am pretty much in LOVE with this gaga-inspired hat! I was blown away at every detail, especially the vinyl disk made of sparkling French silk velvet, and all made completely by hand! You are truly a mastermind, and I simply can't fathom the amount of precious time and hard work was dedicated to this beauty.

The colours and materials really sing to me...I'm just in love with the shades of pink, the veil trim, the tulle, the ruffled effect, the polka dots and the perfect eiffel tower...and the bow! I think this hat deserves to be prominently displayed in gorgeous editorial soon, and I hope it will!

Just amazing, and I'm so happy to hear that you are feeling better. Have a beautiful Monday! xoxo

Happy Morning to you, Dear Anya!
I hope you had a good weekend!

Your hat is so very beautiful! I love the colors and how creative of you to think to use the form of an old-fashioned gramophone! I just love the way they look! I am still waiting for someone to invent an up-to-date one that plays CDs! I do hope Lady Gaga sees your hats!

Thank you, as always, for the visit. I do adore all things designed by Fornasetti and had loved them forever before I realized that the face that he used over and over again in his artwork was a very famous lithograph of my favorite opera diva, Lina Cavalieri!! Her face continues to inspire artists (as well as myself), after all these years. She is one of my favorite examples of "classic beauty".

Wishing you a beautiful day and a happy and productive week!

My sweet, you are such a d-a-r-l-i-n-g, the girls and I love you and Cheri was so thrilled by your comment. She left you a sweet note in return.

This Lady Gaga hat is deliciousness to the extreme! What a bit of whipped cream for her to wear ... surely she HAS to hear of it somehow and would consider it a PLEASURE to wear!

One of the things I LOVE about you is your imagination ... I love the playground that we both are able to go to!

Kisses, doll. xo
